Abstract:
PURPOSE: To develop an equipment simply performing a novel degassing method to separate gas from a fluid by using a degassing membrane and an exhaust device.
CONSTITUTION: In a degassing device containing a degassing membrane 1 permitting a fluid to be degassed to pass and an exhaust means 5 for reducing the pressure outside the degassing membrane 1, a cooling means 6 cooling the exhausted matter from the degassing membrane 1 is provided between the degassing membrane 1 and the exhaust means 5.
