To obtain a degerming agent composition without using a synthesized germicide or a mildew-proofing agent, good in operability, mild to a human body and having high safety by including each specific amount of an alcohol, a moisturizing agent and water.

This degerming agent composition comprises (A) 30-90 vol.% one or more kinds of alcohols preferably having degerming activities and ≤250°C boiling point (e.g. ethanol and isopropanol), (B) 0.01-5 vol.% moisturizing agent (e.g. glycerol, triglycerol, ethylene glycol, a polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, a POE methylglucoside) and (C) water in the balance. The roll of the moisturizing agent can be replaced by the addition of (B') 0.01=5 vol.% deodorant and deodorant agent preferably having the deodorant activities and derived from a natural product (e.g. tea and jasmine) safe to a human body instead of the component B. The surface of an interior, a sheet, a child sheet or the like is cited as the object of the application of the composition.
