Abstract:
To provide a method for rapidly decomposing a hardly decomposable oroganohalogen compound by finding out a means accelerating the decomposition treatment of the hardly decomposable oroganohalogen compound to use the same.
When the hardly decomposable oroganohalogen compound is dehalogenated in the presence of alkali to be detoxified, it is diluted using regenerated insulating oil.
