To provide a dehooker which can easily dehook a fishhook by holding a fish with one hand and further holding the dehooker with another hand.

This dehooker is obtained by disposing a through hole 3 for a fishing line at the tip of a handle 1, forming a cut opening 4 which is opened on the outer side from the through hole 3, connecting and disposing an elastic bar-like member 5 to the rear portion of the handle 1, and forming a fishing line-nipping member 6 at the rear end of the elastic bar-like member 5. The dehooker is used by holding a fish with one hand, holding a fish line 2 projected from the mouth of the fish with the nipping member 6 of the curved elastic bar-like member 5 in a tense state, gripping the handle 1 with another hand, inserting the fishing line 2 closed to the mouth of the fish from the cut opening 4 into the through hole 3, opening the mouth of the fish, pushing the tip of the handle 1 into the mouth, pushing the fishhook 2 with the tip to dehook the fishhook from the mouth.
