To enable moisture regenerated from dehumidification to be recovered as dewing water by equipping an adsorbent which adsorbs moisture in indoor air at a moisture adsorption side and is heated to be dehumidified and regenerated and constituting the moisture adsorption side and the dehumidification and regeneration side of the adsorbent so as to be replaced with each other.
Indoor air flowed to an adsorbent 11 side through a wind tunnel 19 from a suction inlet 10 is dehumidified by the adsorbent 11. Adsorption heat is simultaneously generated and the indoor air is converted to high temperature dry air and blow out through an outlet 9. Circulation air is flowed from the outlet of a blower fan 15 to a heating means 13 and heated up to a high temperature to desorb moisture in the adsorbent 11 at the regeneration side of the adsorbent 11. The high temperature circulation air with high humidity is guided into a circulation pipe of a heat exchanger 12 and cooled by indoor air and sucked to the suction inlet of the blower fan 15 to be circulated. When a prescribed time is elapsed, a drive means 16 is driven to replace the adsorption side and the regeneration side of the adsorbent 11 to adsorb and regenerate air again.
