Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a water level sensor for detecting the quantity of dehumidified water continuously.

CONSTITUTION: The dehumidifier comprises a cooler and a water tank 11 for receiving condensed water from the cooler, wherein parallel stripe electrodes 14, 15 are arranged vertically through a gap 16 on one outer side face of the water tank 11. The quantity of water in the water tank 11 is detected continuously based on the capacitance between the electrodes 14, 15.
