In the both of a heat releasing device 103 and a heating means 1, an air to be dehumidified 116 is heated by heat releasing of both of the heat pump 118 and the heating means 1, humidified by moisture releasing of a moisture absorbing/releasing means 119 in a moisture releasing part 121, cooled by heat absorbing of the heat pump 118 in a heat absorber 105, and then dehumidified by moisture absorbing of the the moisture absorbing/releasing means 119 in a moisture absorbing part 120. Therefore, a relative humidity difference of the air to be dehumidified 116 to be supplied to the moisture absorbing part 120 and the air to be dehumidified 116 to be supplied to the moisture releasing part 121 is enlarged and an absorbing/releasing amount of the moisture absorbing/releasing means 119 is increased with the simple constitution without arranging the circulation channel 111 so that dehumidification can be efficiently carried out.
