The dehumidifying apparatus includes an S-shaped heat bridge 3 having a plate-like and rod-like bridge part 2 in an end part on the indoor side, and drawing one end part into inside the room 19 by inserting inside a through-hole 18 provided on an outer wall 15 of a building, and the other end part to outside a room 21, a water discharging part 6 having a water discharge plate 7 in an end part on the outdoor side. The dehumidifying apparatus generates condensation 21 by bringing indoor air into contact with the heat bridge and discharges the dew condensation water from the water discharging part as drain water.
