A dehumidifying dryer 1 is composed of: a movable carriage 7 which is provided with a shelf frame 13 for holding the articles A to be dried lined up on a tray T in an inclined posture together with the tray T; a dryer body 9 to which the articles A to be dried on the movable carriage 7 are carried and which blows a drying wind D to the articles A to be dried to dry while the movable carriage 7 is turn-moved; and a dehumidifier 11 which take in moist air discharged from the dryer body 9, dries, and then heats and sends it again to the dryer body 9 as the drying wind D.
