PURPOSE: To enable an efficient recycling treatment of a rotary dehumidifying element to be carried out and a dehumidifying or drying treatment for wet indoor air with the rotary dehumidifying element through a convenient blowing system, to provide a small-sized entire device and to reduce the cost.
CONSTITUTION: Indoor air A fed from a suction port 3 of a case main body 1 is passed through a cylindrical rotary type dehumidifying element 20 by a forced circulating mechanism under an operation of a single blower so as to adsorb moisture, thereafter the air B is returned back to the room from the outlet 4, hot air is passed through the rotary dehumidifying element having absorbed moisture to desorb moisture. A recycling chamber 31 arranged at a secondary side of a treatment chamber 7 and a discharging chamber 33 arranged at a primary side 7A of the treatment chamber are oppositely faced to each other with the rotary dehumidifying element being left, the discharging chambers and recycling chamber are resiliently connected in such a manner that a close contacted state is kept at the treatment plane of the rotary dehumidifying element.
