PURPOSE: To reduce the installation cost by installing the fins which are connected to a part of the inner and outer surfaces of a heat shielding panel of a low temperature warehouse by a heat pipe having a valve generating dew condensation on the fin on the outer surface and carrying out the dehumidification in the space between a constructed house and a warehouse.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper part of the inside (α) of a heat shielding panel 1, a recessed part 1a is formed, and fins 2a are installed, and at the lower part recessed part 1b on the outside (β), heat radiating fins 2b are installed in correspondence with the fins 2a, and both the fins 2a and 2b are connected by a heat pipe 2 having a valve 3. The temperature in a low temperature warehouse is transmitted to the outer surface of fin 2b, and the air in the space between the heat shielding panel 1 and a constructed house is cooled, and dehumidification is carried out through the dew condensation generated on the surface of the fin 2b, and the water droplets are received by a drain pan 10, and discharged. Further, when the air temperature in the gap is low, the control valve 3 is closed, and the transmission of the temperature in the warehouse to the fin 2b on the outer surface is prevented. Further, the opening/closing of the valve 3 and the drive of a fan 9 are adjusted according to the value of the relative humidity. According, the installation cost and the maintenance cost for dehumidification can be reduced.
