Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new dehydration and concentration method and a device for it in which a dehydration of an object to be processed can be performed continuously under normal pressure, a device manufacturing cost can be substantially decreased and further a cause of trouble or the like in a compressor is completely eliminated.SOLUTION: A heat pump type processing device is constituted that a temperature of temperature decreased heat medium discharged out of a heating device is increased through a compressor 5, supplied again to the heating device, circulated and used. Super heated steam S4 acting as carrier gas is supplied to a main body shell 10, moisture discharged out of the object to be processed is evaporated under a state in which an inside area in the main body shell 10 is kept at normal atmospheric pressure and heat of carrier gas containing water vapor evaporated from the object to be processed that is discharged out of a discharging port 104 formed at the main body shell 10 is taken into the heat medium.
