Abstract:

To develop a new dehydration and concentration method and a dehydration and concentration device capable of drying continuously an object to be processed under normal pressure and also substantially reducing a manufacturing cost of the device while cause of trouble of a compressor etc. is eliminated as much as possible.

A heat pump type processing device H is constituted such that after a thermal medium of low temperature discharged out of a heating device is increased in its temperature under application of a compressor 5, it is supplied again to the heating device and used in circulation form. Super heated steam S1 acting as carrier gas is supplied to a main body shell 10 so as to evaporate moisture from the object to be processed in a state that an inside part of the main body shell 10 is kept under a normal pressure and at the same time heat of the carrier gas including water steam evaporated from the object to be processed that is discharged out of an exhaust port 104 formed at the main body shell 10 is taken into the thermal medium.
