The dehydration improver for pulp comprises an oxyalkylene compound A composed of a compound A1 represented by formula 1, a compound A2 represented by formula 2 and/or a compound A3 represented by formula 3, an ester B represented by formula 4 and a mineral oil C having 0.5-100mm2/g kinematic viscosity at 40°C in which the content of the compound A is 5-60 wt.%, the content of the ester B is 1-55 wt.% and the content of the mineral oil C is 35-90 wt.% based on the weight of the A, B and C.
