Title:
DEHYDRATION METHOD FOR WET SEDIMENT AND DEHYDRATION SOIL TANK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004324046
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a dehydration method and a dehydration device for rapidly dehydrating by installing a vibration generator (vibrator) and a load block on an electroendosmosis dehydrating device formed of a soil tank and preventing cracks and voids produced in soil by electroendosmosis dehydration to always maintain excellent energized state.

The dehydration device comprises the soil tank 1 installed underground, semi-underground, or partly opened to the ground and in which wet sediment can be charged, electrodes for electroendosmosis detachably installed in the soil tank 1, a vibrator giving vibration to the wet sediment 6 charged in the soil tank 1, and a movable shielding body closing the opened portion. By using the dehydration soil tank, the wet sediment 2 charged in the soil tank 1 is loaded and vibrated while being consolidated to dehydrate while cracks and voids are prevented from occurring.
