Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration method capable of sufficiently bringing out the drying effect by heating.SOLUTION: The dehydration method is provided that when a processing object 11 agitated and mixed with a hydrophilic solvent is dehydrated using a heating type dehydrator, repeats a compression step of compressing the processing object 11 by pressurizing the object 11 using a pressing means 4 while heating the object 11 and a drying step of accelerating the vaporization of the solvent from the object 11 while the pressing means 4 is separated from the object 11. The drying step is performed when the temperature of the object 11 reaches a preset upper limit level, and the compression process is performed when the temperature of the object 11 reaches preset lower limit level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
