Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of a dehydrogenation catalyst.SOLUTION: An organic hydride V2 is dehydrogenated using a dehydrogenation catalyst 40 while being heated by a heating medium L11 in a dehydrogenation reactor 10. The dehydrogenation reactor 10 has multiple reaction tubes in the radial direction and is partitioned by the walls of the reaction tubes to form catalyst beds E1, E2 filled with the dehydrogenation catalyst 40 from the inside in order in the radial direction. The organic hydrides V2a, V2b are introduced from different ends into each of the adjacent catalyst beds E1, E2 to form a countercurrent flow of the organic hydride between the adjacent catalyst beds E1, E2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
