Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warping even in a wet or dry condition by a method in which on one side of interpaper reinforcing paper with a specified value of basis weight, coated paper on which a printed pattern layer and a protective resin layer is formed in sequence, and interpaper reinforcing paper is formed on the back side of the coated paper through a synthetic resin layer.
SOLUTION: A dehumidifying decorative sheet 10 is formed by a method in which on one side of interpaper reinforcing paper 11 with basis weight of 23-50g/m2, coated paper on which a printed pattern layer 13 and a protective resin layer 14 are formed in sequence is laminated, and on the back side of the coated paper, the interpaper reinforcing paper 11 without printed pattern layer, etc., is laminated through a synthetic resin layer 12. The water-vapor permeability of the decorative sheet 10 is made 5-30 (g/m2.24h) and adjusted by the thickness of the synthetic resin layer 12. The resin layer 12 is formed by being extruded from a T-die by an extruder, and the resin is selected appropriately from resins having a dehumidifying effect. Besides, the protective resin layer 14 is a resin which becomes surface protection of the printed pattern layer 13.
