PURPOSE: To make delay elements thin and light-weight and to automatize assembling by making a sheet of constituting parts with which delay elements are packed.
CONSTITUTION: A device consists of a substrate 14 which has thickness dimensions larger than those of glass delay elements 12 and is provided with aperture parts 16 to which glass delay elements 12 can be fitted and is provided with terminals 28 for connection of input and output lead wires 22, a first cover member 18 which is stuck to one side face of the substrate 14 and has an adhesive face to which glass delay elements 12 fitted to aperture parts 26 are stuck, and a second cover member 16 which has an adhesive face to which the other side face of the substrate 14 is stuck. That is, terminals are formed in the band-shaped substrate 14 by press-fitting, adhesion, fitting-in, or the like. Thus, delay elements are made thin and light-weight, and assembling is automatized.
