Title:
DELAYED FRACTURE RESISTANT CHEMICALLY TREATED STEEL MATERIAL AND STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015209585
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemically treated steel material having delayed fracture resistance, inexpensive, simple, secure and capable of suppressing hydrogen generation on the surface of a high tensile steel sheet subjected to zinc plating or zinc alloy plating, and a structure using the same.SOLUTION: The chemically treated steel material having delayed fracture resistance has a chemically treated layer including 10-1000 mg/mof an amount of bismuth in terms of element mass as a metal element or a compound on the surface of a high tensile steel, and the structure uses the same. The high tensile steel is subjected to zinc plating or zinc alloy plating, and the bismuth is bismuth oxide particles having a diameter of 50-500 nm by a mode.
