This apparatus is a delivering apparatus 100 which is provided with a first taking-out position 11a and a second taking-out position 12a where stacks consisting of a plurality of blank materials 15 are placed and a carrying-in device 20 for carrying the blank materials 15 in a press line from the first taking-out position 11a or the second taking-out position 12a and, in this delivering apparatus 100, the first taking-off position 11a and the second taking-out position 12a are positioned so as to be at the equal distances from a carrying-in port 30 through which the blank materials 15 on the press line are carried in and the first taking-out position 11a and the second taking-out position 12a are positioned so as to be symmetric to the carrying-in direction A of the blank material 15.
