Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain application to various control characteristics and cost reduction in a delivery characteristic control type centrifugal pump.
SOLUTION: As a clearance adjusting actuator 19, a piston 9 is slidably fitted in a cylinder 8, and a balance chamber 16 is formed, and delivery water from a pump delivery part to be introduced to the balance chamber 16 is regulated in pressure by a motor-driven pilot valve 21. A control motor 59 connected to the motor-driven pilot valve 21, a preamplifier 64 which stores various pressure control characteristics and orders a target pressure changing command corresponding to a preset pressure control characteristic by receiving a present flow rate signal and an electronic unit 63 to rotate the control motor 59 so as to eliminate deviation by detecting deviation between target pressure and present pressure, are provided to control the motor-driven pilot valve 21. Therefore, delivery pressure can be controlled by a desired pressure control characteristic.
