To provide a delivery management device, a data server and an arrival confirmation system with which a user can confirm the delivery without a time and effort.SOLUTION: A delivery management device 13 comprises: a display unit 317; an input unit 318; a first communication interface 315 which communicates with a data server 11 that manages a carriage ID for each carriage, the delivery state to a store and loaded commodity product information indicating a commodity product loaded on the carriage in association with each other; a second communication interface 316 which communicates with a label reading device 12 that reads the carriage ID from a label attached to the carriage that is carried into the store; and a processor 311 which transmits to the data server the read carriage ID when the carriage having the carriage ID read from the label by the label reading device 12 is the delivery object of the store, and causes the display unit 317 to display a delivery confirmation screen indicating the delivery state of each commodity product to the store on the basis of delivery data indicating the delivery state of each commodity product to the store acquired from the data server 11 in response to an instruction of delivery confirmation of the commodity product input to the input unit 318.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
