The user's attribute information and the preference information on delivered food (desired price, desired calorie and the like) are registered in a center server 100 by using a user terminal 300. The shops providing the delivery service and the information relating to the menu are registered in the center server 100 in advance. The registered user accesses the center server 100 by using the user terminal 300 to inform the genre of the desired food to be delivered and the desired delivery date and hour. The center server 100 selects the menu satisfying a condition on the basis of the information informed from the user and the registered preference information, and presents the menu on the user terminal 300. The user selects the desired food from the presented menu and gives an order to the center server 100. The center server 100 transmits the information indicating the ordered menu and the information presenting the user's preference to a shop terminal 200 of a corresponding shop, and asks the delivery.
