Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and precisely measure and monitor the delivery of a reciprocating pump which slightly varies.
SOLUTION: In a device composed of a small capacity reciprocating pump for sucking a solution to be processed, such as chemicals from a supply tank for chemicals or the like and discharging the chemicals to a predetermined station (supply part) in a plant, a measuring pipe line system 14 including a measuring cylinder 20 opened to the atmosphere is incorporated in a suction pipe line system 14 for communicating the reciprocating pump 12 with the chemicals tank, and a pump delivery measuring means 50 measures a delivery of the chemicals from the pump in accordance with a measuring operation signal (an operation signal obtained from level meter 22) obtained from the measuring cylinder 20.
