Abstract:
To provide a delivery pipe leakage monitoring device and method which can improve the accuracy for leakage determination of a delivery pipe.SOLUTION: A delivery pipe leakage monitoring device includes: a plurality of measuring sensor parts which are installed with an interval on a delivery pipe formed so as to transfer oil press-fed from an oil storage tank and measures a change amount in the flow velocity, temperature and flow rate of oil with respect to the installed sections; and a leakage sensing part which receives a sensing signal corresponding to the change amount in the flow velocity, temperature and flow rate of oil from the measuring sensor parts and analyzes the sensing signal to determine the presence/absence of leakage of the delivery pipe. The leakage sensing part compares the change amount in the section with the change amount in the front and rear sections when the leakage suspicion section occurs through measurement of the change amount for each of the plurality of sections of the delivery pipe, and determines the presence/absence of leakage by comparing the difference with a preset error range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
