Abstract:
To provide a method, a device, and a system for creating a delivery plan for a delivery vehicle that satisfies needs for returning empty containers in a physical distribution scene, avoids creation of a delivery plan by human to reduce cost for creating the delivery plan, and improves efficiency in creating the delivery plan.SOLUTION: A delivery plan creation device 20 is provided with: delivery plan evaluation means 21 for evaluating delivery plan candidates to obtain an evaluation result on the basis of whether an empty container returning task in the delivery plan candidates and a baggage delivery task related thereto are allocated to a same delivery vehicle, or whether, when the tasks are allocated to the same delivery vehicle, the empty container returning task and the baggage delivery task related thereto are executed within a predetermined period; and delivery plan output means 22 for outputting one or more delivery plan candidates as a final delivery plan on the basis of the results of evaluation on the delivery plan candidates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
