Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of a delivery plan to be made in the case of impossible collection of a large amount of result data for a distance between points. SOLUTION: This delivery panning system comprises a node-to-node result information generating part 1 for storing in a movement result information database 7 movement result information generated from result data including delivery vehicles, departure/arrival nodes and required times, to which variation factors possibly resulting in different movement times even in movement at the same distance between points are added,, an area setting part 3 for defining areas on a map, and a by-area average speed computing part 4 for computing average times for the distance between the nodes by areas for every variation factor in accordance with the movement result information. A delivery planning part 6 predicts a required time in accordance with the movement result information, when there is a larger amount of movement result information corresponding to the nodes for prediction of the required time than a reference amount, and computes the predicted required time using the average speed computed for the area to which the nodes belong when there is a smaller amount. A delivery plan is made with reference to the predicted required time for the computed distance between the nodes.
