To provide a delivery plate which has such a light weight as can be simply ported and easily and quickly installed at a necessary place.

A delivery plate 10 comprises: plate-shaped members 11A and 11B adjoining transversely and extending longitudinally; and a hinge 12 connecting those plate-shaped members 11A and 11B in a foldable manner. The plate-shaped members 11A and 11B include: intermediate regions 17; first and second end portions 13 and 14 positioned in front of and at the back of the intermediate regions 17; and first and second side portions 15 and 16 positioned at the sides of the intermediate regions 17. The delivery plate 10 is formed of: a first reinforcing plate and a second reinforcing plate; first to fourth aluminum plates; and cured urethane foams made of foamed urethane and filled in the spaces between the first and second reinforcing plates.
