A recording device 3 is attached to the article 2 or the recording device 3 is stored together with the article 2 in a storage container 1. The recording device 3 has a sensor, a control device, a storage device, and a clocking device. The control device has a means for reading a detected value of the sensor and recording the value in the storage device and a means for reading the clocked result of the clocking device and recording the result in the storage device to record an environmental measured result of the article 2 by the sensor together with the clocked result of the clocking device in the storage device.
