Abstract:

To provide a delivery service highly convenient both for facilities such as amusement facilities and accommodation facilities and for users when home delivery of baggage is performed in the facilities.

In this delivery system, a portable terminal 3 reads data on client identification and a delivery address list from a RFID 11 provided in a nameplate 1 owned by a client of baggage delivery, outputs the read delivery address list, and receives input of data on a delivery address selected as a shipment destination of the baggage from the output delivery address list. When receiving carriage contract data at least including the client identification data and input delivery address data from the portable terminal 3, a delivery management server 2 stores the carriage contract data in an inner storage means.
