In this delivery system, the portable terminal 2 is provided with a connecting means 201 for downloading charge data; an input means 202 for inputting delivery information; the measuring means 203 for measuring the length of cargo; the weighing means 204 for weighing cargo; the charge calculating means 205 for calculating delivery charge based on the delivery information, the measurement values and a charge list; a storing means for storing the measurement values and delivery charge in a storing part; a display means for displaying the delivery information, the measurement values and the charge list in a display part; a delivering means for delivering the delivery information and the measurement values to a server of a transport company; and a receiving means for receiving information on cargo delivery and collection from the transport company.
