PURPOSE: To increase follow-up property to a variation in the volume of a cylinder by forming a compressor delivery valve for air conditioner, etc., in J-shape in cross-section with a fixing section, a disk to open and close a delivery port, and a curved section of which one end is connected to the fixed section and the other end is connected to the disk.
CONSTITUTION: One end is formed in fixed section 2 and the other end is formed in disk 5, and the fixing section 2 is connected to the disk 5 through a neck section 3a, a radius of curvature R section 4, and a neck section 3b to form a J-shaped delivery valve 1. Then the fixing section 2 is connected to an upper bearing end plate with the disk 5 corresponding to the delivery port of a rotary compressor, and a stopper to restrict a displacement is provided between the neck section 3a between the fixing section 2 and the radius of curvature R section 4 and the disk 5. Accordingly, in the delivery valve 1 which is located at the delivery port of a compression chamber and gas refrigerant is delivered, its inner plate is displaced relative to a valve seat roughly in parallel with each other to increase a passage between the valve seat and the disk. Also, because the inner plate of the delivery valve follows a variation in volume of a cylinder, the amount of over compression is reduced and, even at completion delivery, the displacement of over compression is reduced due to high follow-up property and by large passage area. Thus delay of closing is relieved to increase refrigerating capacity.
