To solve problems in a compressor wherein if the length of a delivery valve is not sufficient, the limited amount of valve opening of the delivery valve is not increased and the valve opening operation of the delivery valve cannot be smoothly performed, and since the discharge resistance of a refrigerant gas and an excessive compression in a compression chamber are increased, the vibration of the compressor is increased to lead to a noise problem, and also since a load on parts inside the compressor is increased, the durability of the overall compressor may be lowered.
A connection part flexibly canti-levered on a support part held between a valve plate and a rear housing and extending from the support part to the opposite side of the support part through the opening/closing position of a discharge port after bypassing the discharge port is formed on a delivery valve forming plate, and the delivery valve is formed so as to be extended from the free end part of the connection part to the opening/closing position of the discharge port in the direction of the support part. By this, the limited amount of the valve opening of the delivery valve can be increased, the valve opening operation of the delivery valve is smoothly performed, and the excessive compression of the compression chamber can be reduced by reducing the discharge resistance.
