To close a delivery valve quickly when a pump operates an emergency shutdown, and suppress generation of an impact when the delivery valve is closed.
The delivery valve unit 350 includes: a delivery valve 334 which is disposed on a delivery side of a pump 330; a motor 336 for opening/closing the delivery valve 334 with a variable speed; a valve control unit 214 for controlling the opening/closing of the delivery valve 334 through the motor 336; and an uninterrupted power supply 202 for supplying an electric power source to the valve control unit 214 at the time of power failure. The valve control unit 214 determines whether the pump 330 operates an emergency shutdown in response to an emergency shutdown signal due to the power failure or not and, if the determination result is affirmative, controls the delivery valve 334 with the use of the uninterrupted power supply 202 so that the delivery valve is closed, and makes the delivery valve 334 function as a non-return valve, in accordance with a first valve opening/closing speed pattern where a valve opening/closing speed within a first range is set to a first valve opening degree region and a valve opening/closing speed within a second range which is larger than the valve opening/closing speed within the first range is set to a second valve opening degree region which is larger than the first valve opening degree region.
