Title:
DELTA BLADE PROPELLER FAN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1162893
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress applied to a blade and a spider by making divided values by a fan center line from a revolution center and a centrifugal force action radius into specified values in fastening parts. SOLUTION: A fan center line 10 is defined as a y-axis and a straight line which passes a fastening part A3 on the fan center line 10 located at a location where the distance from a revolution center O8 becomes about 70% of the centrifugal force action radius of a blade 1 and is perpendicular to the fan center line 10 is defined as an x-axis. At this stage, a curve 13 of the second order for X passing a fastening part B4 located at a location where the distance from the fan center line 10 is 7% or more of a blade length and the distance from the revolution center O8 becomes 60% or below of the centrifugal force action radius is drawn on a straight line which determines a fastening part A3 for a vertex and passes the revolution center O8 and a centrifugal force action center P11 of the whole surface of the blade 1. Thus, bending moment by force acting on the centrifugal force action center P11 almost uniformly acts on fastening parts A3, B4, D6 and E7 on the curve 13 of the second order and stress can be mitigated.
