Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a sampling frequency by storing some leading sampling values at a shift register, decoding speedily the present sampling values and the stored sampling values, changing a step signal in proportion to an input signal and supressintg a deterioration of a ratio of a signal to a quantization noise power.
