Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operator from falling by reducing an area of an opening on a fall prevention wall when installing a deluge gun apparatus in an upper end part of a retaining wall of a refuse pit.SOLUTION: A deluge gun apparatus 1 comprises: a horizontal water supply pipe 9 whose upstream side end part is connected to a water pipe 8; a vertical water supply pipe 10 connected to a downstream side end part of the horizontal water supply pipe 9 in a vertical posture; a deluge gun 11 connected to a tip part of the vertical water supply pipe 10; a deluge gun elevation angle drive part 12 for rotating the horizontal water supply pipe 9 around an axis φ1; and a deluge gun rotation drive part 13 for rotating the vertical water supply pipe 10 around an axis φ2. The posture of the vertical water supply pipe 10 can be changed between a storage position in which the deluge gun 11 is stored on a passage side at a position lower than an upper end of a fall prevention wall provided in an upper end part of a retaining wall of a refuse pit and a use position in which the vertical water supply pipe 10 is vertically rotated to the refuse pit side and the tip part thereof and the deluge gun 11 are positioned inside the refuse pit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
