Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a time and a labor which are necessary when a product such as a motor, etc., which has a permanent magnet is disassembled by a disassembling device because magnet bits are stuck to the respective parts of the disassembling device and smashed iron scraps and the magnet bits must be removed and to improve the recycle efficiency which is deteriorated significantly by the magnet bits stuck to the smashed scraps to be recycled.
SOLUTION: A high frequency voltage is applied between at least two terminals of windings of a motor having a permanent magnet to demagnetize the permanent magnet. Further, demagnetization units which demagnetize the permanent magnets are provided at various positions of a disassembling device to demagnetize magnet bits.
