A consignor server device 4 is provided for processing data in a consignor database and generating grouped delivery data 1 and 2 consisting of consignees, volumes, weights and rates set for each of plural carriers, and terminal devices 6 and 7 for each of the carriers to be connected thereto are provided. The terminal device 6 or 7 is connected to the consignor server device 4 and the grouped delivery data 1 or 2 is checked and input, whereby order transaction between the consignor and the carrier is established in simple procedures and an efficient transportation system is formed between the consignor and the carrier to produce a reduction in transportation cost.
