Abstract:
To provide a demand prediction system capable of performing component demand prediction with higher reliability in consideration of change of an operation state of an apparatus.SOLUTION: A demand prediction system for predicting demand of a replacement component of an apparatus installed in a building includes: a data extracting unit 41 for extracting a plurality of kinds of data effective for predicting demand of the replacement component designated as a target of demand prediction from a data recording unit 32 recording apparatus use state data for each apparatus, operation data of the replacement component, and durability data of the replacement component; a feature quantity calculation unit 42 for calculating each feature quantity based on the plurality of kinds of extracted data; a component deterioration degree calculation unit 51 for calculating a deterioration degree of a designated replacement component using a deterioration degree calculation algorithm whose input data is the feature quantity; and a component demand prediction unit 33 for predicting demand of the replacement component based on the deterioration degree of the replacement component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
