To provide a device which can be synchronized with a blind signal without training signal even in a state where phasing occurs by multiplying a reception signal by a reproduced carrier, outputting a multiplication signal, outputting a demodulation signal contained in the multiplication signal, judging the reception signal based on the demodulation signal, outputting a judgment signal and generating the reproduced carrier based on the judgment signal.
In a multiplication circuit 2, a reception signal is multiplied by a reproduced carrier and a multiplication signal is outputted. In a low pass filter 3, a demodulation signal contained in the multiplication signal is outputted, the reception signal is judged based on the demodulation signal and a judgment signal is outputted in an equalization circuit 4. In a carrier reproduction circuit 5, the reproduced carrier is generated and outputted based on the judgment signal. In such a case, the carrier reproduction circuit 5 generates the reproduced carrier based on the judgment signal after an equalization processing. Thus, the reproduced carrier can be generated even if a carrier component cannot be extracted owing to the influence of phasing when the reproduced carrier synchronized with the reception signal is generated with the reception signal as a reference.
