Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form removal deck spacer which facilitates work for exposing a female screw formed in a spacer body to a lower part of a slab and cleans an exposed periphery, by which a steel plate can be reused after construction of a concrete structure, and through which sufficient bearing capacity and embedding force can be secured.SOLUTION: A form removal deck spacer A is provided between a truss girder and a steel plate. The spacer A is formed by an insert injection molding method so that two spacer bodies 10 made of a synthetic resin material formed in a hexahedron-shape are connected to both ends in the longitudinal direction of a spacer head 20 formed of a steel material, respectively. A female screw 11 extending upward is formed in a lower part of the spacer body 10, the spacer head 20 is folded so that a head piece 21 becomes thinner from its lower part toward its upper part and formed in the longitudinal direction, and a lower end of the head piece 21 is folded so that a strengthening piece 22 tilts upward outwardly.
