PURPOSE: To demolish a multistoried building by turning a demolishing tool, which is hoisted by a crane and vertically moved by a movable cylinder, at a right angle so as to control the drive of a hydraulic demolishing device unit.

CONSTITUTION: A wire 5, which is provided in a fitting plate fixed to four corners of a frame, is hoisted by a chain block 6 and locked, and a driving hydraulic unit 3 is operated by the remote control from the ground. In this case, at the time of operating a demolishing device unit 2, a grabbing demolishing tool 21, which is provided in the tip, is opened and closed for demolition by the operation of a movable cylinder 27. Demolition at a high position is possible with this device, and damage such as a breakdown is prevented because the demolishing tool 21 is operated at a position lower than a frame, and a balance weight 13 is provided in the opposite side of the demolishing tool 21 so as to stabilize the frame. Furthermore, the frame is formed with an escape hole as a space for turning a supporting member toward a central part of the frame. The supporting member can be thereby arranged inside of the frame, and the eccentric load to be applied to the frame can be reduced so as to take a good balance.
