Abstract:

To provide denim by warp backed weave, having stretchability.

This denim by the warp backed weave, woven into twill or satin and having stretchability is obtained by forming warp yarns 1 and 2 into front and back two layers, and singly using weft yarns 3 to form the warp backed weave. A CSY obtained by using a polyurethane-based filament is used as the weft yarns.
