Abstract:

PURPOSE: To import straightening capacity to a denitrification reactor, to make the flow of gas passing uniform and to improve denitrification reaction effect by making a mesh pitch dense from the slow side of gas flow toward the swift side in the nitrification reactor installed in the form that gas flow having swiftness and slowness in denitrification equipment is crossed.

CONSTITUTION: In a denitrification reactor 6 installed in a form which allows it to cross the gas flow having swiftness and slowness in denitrification equipment, a mesh pitch is made denser from the slow side of the gas flow toward the swift side. Therefore, the mesh pitch of a catalyst 1 on the slowest side of the gas flow flowing-in from a boiler 4, that is, on the upper part is the coarsest and the mesh pitch of a catalyst 2 on the lower part is of intermediate level and the mesh pitch of a catalyst 3 on the lowest part is the densest.
