Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft for branch type stent-graft, which has a water permeability and burst strength required as an implant material, realizing a fine diameter, and capable of preventing leakage of liquid as much as possible by using specific fabric at a branch part.SOLUTION: There is provided a high density medical fabric, stent-graft in which the high density medical fabric is used as graft, and medical delivery catheter into which the compressed stent-graft is inserted, in which the high density medical fabric is seamless, having cylindrical shape and comprising a branch part. Both warp and weft removed from the fabric are made of multifilament synthesized fiber having 60 dtex or less of total denier. A part of fabric tissue at boundary of the large diameter part and the branch part is constructed as single layer tissue. In addition the fabric meets the following requirements (1) to (4): (1) cover factor is 1600 to 2400, (2) thickness is 90 μm or less, (3) burst strength is 100 N or more and (4) coefficient of water permeability is 300 ml/cm/min or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
