To enable a full conversation with an operator in relation to both a patient with weak hearing ability and a patient with an earplug or wearing headphones by integrally or removably preparing a bone conduction loudspeaker in the headrest section of a dental care seat.

The bone conduction loudspeaker 10 is embedded within the headrest 9 of the dental care seat 1 and the bone conduction loudspeaker 10 is actuated (vibrated), for example, by a microphone 20 removably connected to the dental care seat 1. Therefore, when the patient with weak hearing ability and the patient wearing the earplug or the headphones are treated, the operator speaks to the patients through the microphone 20 and the bone conduction loudspeaker 10, the patients can respond to the operator in a natural voice, and the operator can perform dental care with having a conversation with the patients.
