Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight low-power consumption defoaming hand piece suitably useable for defoaming an impression material when an impression is taken during a home visit for dental medical treatment and to provide a defoaming apparatus mounted to a conventional dental hand piece including a rotation driving source to be used suitably.
SOLUTION: This invention includes the defoaming hand piece 10, the impression material 20, and a rubber cup 30 filled with the kneaded impression material 20. When a motor inside a handpiece part 1 is rotated, a rotated shaft body 2 having an eccentric load 2a is rotated, and consequently, vibration resulting in vibration of a cover member 3 is generated in the hand piece part 1. When the side face of the cover member 30 is pressed to the rubber cup 30, the impression material 20 inside the cup 30 is vibrated, and consequently, the impression material 30 is defoamed.
