To provide an instrument holder which prevents a cutting tool section installed on an instrument hanged on the holder from damaging the fingers of an operator or an instrument hose.

The instrument holder comprises instrument holder units (101-104) having instrument hanging holes into and from which instruments (81-84) are inserted via an upper opening and front slits (10a1-10a4) into and from which instrument hoses (61-64) are inserted and removed, and cylindrical cover members (111-114) having slits (11a1-11a4) corresponding to the slits (10a1-10a4) and movable in the vertical direction along the instrument hanging holes. When an instrument is hung on the instrument hanging hole, the cylindrical cover member elevates by the weight of the instrument and covers the head of the instrument.
